Unfortunately, J.P., if I drop everyone down it means Erin will be in line to receive your book again (she will be No. 7 who will be one of the four to read No. 1) which won't work and I can't move Erin because she and J.B. need to be kept apart and they were first in the queue.

J.P. Willson | 322 comments Ah, I missed that little point Neil...Guess that's why you're the mod and not me.... Alright, another time perhaps...
Thanks just the same.

No Name | 46 comments I'd like to be a part of this round. I've reviewed Augustine Sam already but a different book. My book to add is en erotica suspense. Hot Damn.

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments Welcome on board, Shashane.

message 55: by Neil (new)

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments I've done some moving around on the reading list with the new entrants so if everyone could have a quick scan to make sure I have not inadvertently caused a review clash I would be grateful. Remember, as it stands you would send to the four names above and read the four below.

message 56: by David (new)

David Fisher | 116 comments Hi Neil, is 173 still forming? David

message 57: by Neil (new)

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments Yes, looking for two more to complete as long as anyone signing up doesn't have significant review history with names already on the list. Have a look at the authors, two or more clashes will make it difficult but let me know any names you have or reviewed or been reviewed by and I will take a look

message 58: by Emily (new)

Emily Williams | 82 comments I am free to join this round if you have spaces. I have my adult novel Letters to Eloise http://amzn.eu/4R36OgZ. There might be a clash with Erin (I've read that one ) and Augustine Sam think might have read mine? Dont worry if too awkward to fit me in! Thanks
Emily

message 59: by Andrew (last edited Feb 10, 2018 06:27AM) (new)

Andrew Cairns | 55 comments Hi,
Can I please join with my novel, The Witch's List.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
As far as I know it hasn't been reviewed by anyone on the list so far, nor have I reviewed any of their books.
Best wishes,
Andrew
PS Just remembered, J.B. Trepagnier has reviewed it.

message 60: by Nikki (new)

Nikki Landis (nikkilandis) | 24 comments I’d like to participate if there’s still room. Science fiction erotica. I’ve done these groups in the past. Thanks!

message 61: by Frank (new)

Frank Parker | 82 comments I can offer my book Transgression for review and will happily review 4 other books in return.

I'm happy to join and would love to receive reviews for TWISTED THREADS, an erotic psychological thriller that takes place on a cruise ship. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Effie Kammenou (effiekammenou) | 41 comments If you have room, I'd like to submit my book, Waiting For Aegina. It's book two in a saga but I think it would be fine as a standalone. I'm posting from my phone and can't seem to add the link. I can do it when I get home. Thanks.

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments Well, that was an avalanche of requests to join! Taking the posts in order:

#58 Emily, sorry too awkward to fit you in with two clashes
#59 Andrew, with the list already set up to avoid clashes and as you only have the one book and JB has reviewed it I can't slot you in
#60 Nikki, pencilled in but can you confirm which book you are submitting and if you have any previous review clashes with the authors listed.
#61 Frank, pencilled in but can you confirm if you have any previous review clashes with the authors listed.
#62 Kaylin, first reserve
#63 Effie, second reserve
#64 Kristie, third reserve
#65 Krysta, guess what, fourth reserve

Apologies for having to bump some authors, I'm sure with this number interested we will be able to start another 18+ very soon

message 66: by Neil (new)

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments Once I have had confirmation from Nikk and Frank I will posts the reading order, please do not start contacting authors until this final list is confirmed as it may change, thank you.

message 67: by Nikki (new)

Nikki Landis (nikkilandis) | 24 comments Hi, sorry did not see this until now. I have only read J.B. once and she's read mine but not my new one and not recently so I think we're fine. My book is Dungari Rise.

I reviewed Augustine Sam's 'Black Gold' in round 166. Does that rule me out? Or can you ensure we don't get linked in this round?

message 69: by Jenny (new)

Jenny Potts (jennymortonpotts) | 1 comments Hello, I would like to join the review group please and will look forward to reading the books.

Mine is a psychological thriller with a transatlantic theme. Would that be suitable for this group?

I have read and of course can comply with the rules and schedule.

best regards

Hi Nikki, I'm afraid I can't fit you in with the way the group is at the moment and your review clash with J.B. We hope to have another 18+ forming up soon so please do keep an eye on the group thread.

Remember the commitment you are making to your fellow group members. If you pull out after the start date for any reason it is the other members who will be faced with the problem of finding a replacement, or missing out on reads/reviews, through no fault of their own. Please don’t ask the moderators to chase after replacements as we just don’t have the time.

It is the responsibility of the author to get their book to their readers in a format the reviewer can manage. Everyone must be able to provide and accept PDF. You may buy or borrow the books you are due to read if you wish, and I’m sure the author will appreciate the verified review, but IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. There are no set dates for the start of each round. You can each work at your own pace, within the limits of the round deadlines.

All reviews must be posted to GR. We also encourage members to post on amazon .com and .uk. When you have posted your reviews, please post the three links to your reviews, not the book page in this thread.
The mod of each round will record whether members have posted reviews on amazon. For the good of all, members who persistently fail to post reviews or DNF reviews to amazon, will find moderators less willing to add them to subsequent groups.

Postings to other sites are by agreement by both author and reviewer.

If I’ve missed something that results in you being asked to review someone who has already reviewed you, please let me know asap.

To exchange book files, my advice is to use PM to give email addresses to each other (save the chance of spambots getting your addresses from this open forum). Happy reviewing, everyone :)

M.V. Clark | 18 comments sorry to be so dumb - remind me how i message people? when i search for their names the messenger can't find it...

message 79: by Neil (new)

Neil Carstairs | 662 comments Go to the author's page by using the link in message #1, under their profile pic it will say "follow author" and beside that is a down arrow that when you pick it shows a short menu and one of the options is "send message". You may need to jump through a couple of captcha hoops if you have not had contact with that individual before the message sends

message 80: by Frank (new)

Frank Parker | 82 comments Niel. Please clarify something for me. I understood that the idea of these rounds was that no-one reviewed a book authored by someone who (s)he had been reviewed by. Yet I have been paired with J.B Trepagnier to review her book and for her to review mine. Is that acceptable? BTW I now note that you should not be in two rounds simultaneously. I signed up for both 173 and 178 and am now in both, Should I withdraw from 173 since 178 got underway a day earlier than 178?
My apologies if this messes up your carefully laid plans.
