Paranormal Nonsense question

I would say Crime with an undertone of Comedy. Not Urban because Tempest and company always proves the paranormal element is just a cover or trick used by the perpetrator. Do be Urban there would need to be an element of doubt about the normalcy of the supernatural element in the story. and the comedy is not a constant throughout the books but a counterpoint just like in real life. There is just enough humor to make you feel like these folks could be part of your family, coworkers or circle of friends.
