I have, kind of. My resolution is a little on the vague side but I have been working on it in at least an aspect. My resolution is basically to cut through the bs and figure out what I believe, who I am, and to start letting others see that and break my walls down for others to see who I am. The resolution was actually based off a song by Nothing More, as cheesy as it is. It fit what I have been searching for and needing to do though. To "choke out my illusions" and "cut through the confusion" to "keep digging deep", but I feel that working out of my walls is a part of that because my walls are an illusion of the mind which I think has hit a point of being a cage of the self rather than a necessary fortification.
Since my resolution is so abstract I have been keeping up with it by questioning. A lot. But beyond that I made a friend. That may sound small and stupid, but I don't make friends well. I am too quiet and reserved, but with this girl I have been actively working to claim her friendship. I haven't made a real in-person friend in years. Well, not on my own, at least. And I mean years. So I have been chipping away at the stone with varying success, I suppose.
