I wish we still had those teen issue groups
I could just state all my problems there and it stopped feeling like I was avoiding it

Sorry I haven't responded to your earlier post; I just haven't been feeling up to it :/ I don't know. And I'm sorry about that! But at least you'll be able to talk about it with your therapist and that's good. And yeah I'll do that with my anonymous wishes too. Gods, I'm still not even allowed to talk to her.

And yeah I get that she's worried about her and I can kinda see how my mom would make it worse but at the same time it's the depression, not really my mom
