just a perfectionist who wasn't meant to be.
I know how to read in between the lines
I know the things that they don't know they're saying
I sprained my ankle at therapy like an idiot
and I'm really sad because instead of telling my therapist what was going on I freaked out and we played cards
and if I'm being honest, I don't think I can keep doing this
and it's like I'm struggling to breathe
I keep remembering and reliving stupid shit that shouldn't matter
and my therapist wants me to do another form of therapy and the thought kind of scares me
I want to do it but my brain is so messed up that I don't even know if I deserve to get better
but then it's like I have to get better for my family right
so it doesn't even matter what I think
because it never mattered what I thought
I kept my mouth shut and I did everything they asked
but I can't bring myself to walk away
I'm so tired of feeling like I'm suffocating
but I don't know how to breathe on my own
I haven't posted this year yet so hello new year!
I started a new form on therapy on top of talk therapy
but I'm hopeful
