Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the future.

And I know that my therapist and I don’t talk about the future very much or the past.
We’re supposed to stay focused on the present and all that jazz but I go to the future as a way of escaping my present.
My sister finally made a decision and she didn’t talk to me about it. I was going to be there for her and I can’t even do that now.
It’s like I should be happy because she made the decision I needed her to make in order to be able to do what I wanted if it’s still the thing I wanted or want.
And I’ve wanted to quit my job every single day this week because it was so bad.
And I am going to quit my job, just not yet.
I want to do something that makes me happy
but I'm not sure what makes me happy anymore
also side note I'm seeing things that aren't there again so I'm going crazy again whoops
