I wish that getting help would be enough for me
and I hate myself for eating and for sleeping and for just being human
I wish I could starve myself
because if I'm not productive then i should be dead
I am this close to finishing high school early and I don't have any motivation to live
I'm honestly sad even though I didn't want to go anymore
I threw up last night so I think I was just out of it this morning
I just want to play animal crossing tbh but I'm procrastinating doing anything because I should be doing schoolwork

my therapist just told me I shouldn't be journaling
that I shouldn't be writing anything nonfiction
that's the only coping skill that's ever worked for me
I have all these journals and I'm not supposed to be journaling
that's the opposite of what I've ever been told
