If I was still on the hellbent path of getting better I would've told somebody by now probably
or maybe it's just because I haven't talked to my therapist still
I mean I could easily talk to other people
not my family because I've realized that the only reason I put their names down as people I can talk to is to make them and my doctors feel reassured
I feel like I'm choking when I talk to them about anything wrong with me
and I shouldn't have to explain to you how fucked up that is
I'm the one who keeps relapsing out of nowhere
I don't try to pretend I'm getting better
but I also know that I made a promise not to go back
so I keep saying just get through today
one more day and then you can be done
or something like just take one day at a damn time
I'm so fucking tired, it's no wonder I'm relapsing and going back to old ways old habits
I'm missing my senior homecoming because of work
I'm so scared I won't go to college but I don't even wanna live right now
Who knows if I'll make it to the end of high school
If I can just graduate maybe I'll be able to breathe for once
maybe my anxiety will ease up a little bit
I say I'll declutter and delete them once I go through them
and I know that this was what I had wanted
because I'm still waiting for her call
