My headaches get worse when I take them
I keep changing my title but it's because nothing feels right anymore
I didn't actually get to talk about what I wanted to yesterday but
I'm actually not in a place to talk about it today
and I've been having some flashbacks lately
and all of it points to how shitty of a person I am
I didn't just tell her I loved her. I said a lot more and that's what I ignored. Not that it matters. All of it was really bad. Wtf does that to someone? I did. That's who.
You guys are going to misunderstand but
I don't mean to be triggering to my friends who also have a mental health problems
My sister is having a bad day so sge'll get angry
My friends well we don't talk anymore haha
I have other siblings but we're not close
My therapist doesn't get why I'm upset
and for some reason every time I try to talk about it it feels like I can't
Like there's something heavy sitting on my chest
Or something wrapped around my throat
And it's like I can't get anything out
I'll respond to my messages when I'm stable
