trying to feel like me again

also she is transphobic

literally same, the books are great, which is why I just get so angry and so sad when I see how stupid she's being because I wish she had grown throughout writing the harry potter series and throughout living her life but she hasn't and it just annoys me

- Dumbledore left Harry with an abusive family instead of trying to find him a better home. He'd been ..."
okay yes but at the same time letting Harry go through all that kinda made him grow as a character although she did kind of overplay it

also she is transphobic"
I know!! It pisses me off so much

yeah same here, like the harry potter series and percy jackson series have inspired me a lot and they've been my fav series for years, percy jackson- 5 years, harry potter- 6 years, because those are when i first read these series.

yeah that is true but she could've left him with someone who he considered a father figure, i mean he did have his friends and other ppl that cared for him but still

same!! also it makes me sad and upset and hurt because i love the harry potter series so much, and i used to really like her. and it hurts to know she isn't as supportive of the lgbtq+ community

Yeah, they're both so inspiring and so good and I wish I could write such great stories

I know!! And same!! It's like every time I even think of the harry potter series it makes me feel like shit to know that the person who wrote them doesn't feel like the person who wrote them- the books are full of such power and such passion and she's just not the type of person I wished I had written the books

yeah same

SAME, i wish rick riordan had wrote the harry potter series instead, then there'd be more diversity

omg so true though!!

the 3rd one is called if i was a girl, the main character is a trans girl, written by a trans author, it's a really good book
the 4th one is everyday, it's about a spirit who wakes up in a different body every day, and falls in love with a girl, i think it represents genderfluid and pansexuality idk

And I need to read the other two as well!! I haven't heard of if I was a girl but I've heard of everyday and I need to read them!!
Thank you so much for the recommendations!!
