Yes, you can post them now, and then update later as you actually read them.

Can the same book count towards more than one challenge? For example, when I read the first of a series by a new author, may I count it for both Bingo I1 & New to you in 2018?

Yes, Trisha, make them count for as many as you can across the maxi and year-long challenges.
