New Edition not appearing

I have created a new edition of the above book twice now. Once back in April and just now and it still is not showing up. I have combined the new edition with the existing book and still - nothing. Can someone please help to locate this book?

The new edition is due to a new cover image. I did the proper step of placing "alternate cover image for asin..." in the heading and did not remove the ASIN from the original book published two years ago.

Nevermind. I found it. For some reason it's not showing up on the book page, but two books now show up under the 'combine' page. Can someone instead delete one of these versions since I have now created two of the same version please? Sorry for the confusion.
