Shelby Suderman | 12 comments I started to read this years ago, but I never got very far. I believe it was a mid-late 2000's release, and it may have been YA or junior fiction, but it was a high school library book so I'm leaning towards YA. I remember the cover being dark blue with a T-Rex on the front (might have just been the shadow of one). I think there were both a boy and a girl main characters and they were working for a professor or some kind of scientist. I'm pretty sure it was steampunk, and the city might have been London (or a knockoff of it). The dinosaurs were brought back through scientific means and they were roaming the city wild.

The cover is different than I remember, but other than that it seems close. Thanks! I've been looking for ages!

I did look through those. I think I might be remembering the first cover differently. I thought it was more of a painting-style but the description sounds right.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it's The Death Collector. I didn't get to read very much of it the first time I found it.
