I got I Saw You That Night today and have already started reading it. Bob and his names- Rocky Shores, Treasure Beach, Dune Road. Lol gotta love it!
I just realized my earlier comment might come across wrong. I thought it was predictable until the last plot twist I did't see coming. I enjoyed the whole book. I accidentally made it sound like I didn't like the plot twist lol.Lol, yea gotta love the names he chooses!
Oh I didn’t take it that way Tyler. Page 14-
This girl is hurt & bleeding and heart broken and her friend, Roxy 😒 is already fantasizing about Shawna’s ex and it hasn’t even been a hour since they broke up! Damn. Im going to picture Roxie as the drag queen Roxy Andrews. It will probably be much more fun that way.
Ok I speed read this one. Roxie got on my nerves. I just can’t handle these teens no more. I want to slap them a few times. (view spoiler)
(view spoiler)Sorry you didn't like it. I didn't love it, I just shut my brain off and went along for the ride I guess.
Ugh, these kids.... these kids... I finished I Saw you that night. Gave it a 3 star for nostalgia's sake. At the ending, part of me wishes he would have gone into (view spoiler)Not the hugest of plotholes as far as Stine goes lol
All though this book I was waiting for Fear Street to be mentioned. Haha just realized it wasn't a Fear Street book.
I'm finally catching up on my reads! I finished Into the Dark. I think I'll only be giving it 2 stars, it felt really rushed, the 'twist' was obvious - has he done that before or did I read this as a kid? - and the main character's choices were dumb even for an R.L. girl! I'm starting I Saw You That Night tonight, it'll be a quick read so will probably finish tomorrow.
I probably won't re-read Welcome to Dead House, I read it just 2 years ago. I might but probably not. I gave it 3.5 stars though and did enjoy it.
Tyler, same! I feel like I just read Welcome to the Deadhouse. However, I gave it a nostalgic 5 star rating. I guess I went a little soft on it. Can't forget how young me loved Goosebumps. Aw, Melanie, sorry Into the Dark wasn't that great for you!
just over 50% into I Saw You That Night! and I'm actually quite enjoying it. Roxie's a bit of a idiot but I've known a few girls like her in my time.
Finished, I gave it 3 stars, I quite enjoyed it, Roxie was such a hot mess, like watching a train crash in slow motion!
I didn't read a lot of the Goosebumps titles as a child, just some, what I got my greedy for horror little hands on during scholastic book fairs lol. I probably watched the show more.Glad you enjoyed I Saw You That Night! Melanie. Roxie was indeed a hot mess.
well, i'm on a wait list for welcome to the dead house. hopefully i get it in time. they are saying in about 2 weeks.
ok, i just got Welcome to Dead House. I'll try to read it this weekend. I'm at least going to go ahead and start it.
Like i've said before, i didn't read Goosebumps. I have no idea what this one is about (a hunted house?) but don't tell me. I want to be surprised. I really like the cover. Great colors and who doesn't love a creepy old house?
Finished! I gave it 4 stars! That was so much fun! If I had read this in 1992, I might have ended up being a goosebumps girl instead of fear street! I swear I think the characters had more depth in this one. I can't scroll up to see who picked this but I'm glad it's on the list.
Sorry I haven't been around much guys, had a lot going on here. I haven't been able to get hold of this at the moment so I might have to skip it for now. Glad you enjoyed it Tosh, I'll keep my eyes out for it.

OMG this book Welcome to Dead House
was so good. There was a little twist which was great. Kept my interest and made me want to keep reading it. R.L. Stine is a very talented author.
I finished The Thrill Club. Found it mostly predictable but I liked it. Gave it 3 stars. (view spoiler)
I'll be about a week away too, glad you liked it Tyler. I'm missing some stuff because GR has decided not to send me ANY notifications at all! What's up with that?
Idk it’s so broke and I guess Amazon really doesn’t care. It’s been broke since Friday? Saturday? I freakin hate it. I need my GR updates!
Yea from what i've seen everyone is missing things. No notifications for days now. I miss notifications, no idea what i'm missing. I saw somewhere they had some short vague update about it, forget exactly what it said.
8 days into October and I'm just now glancing over at The Thrill Club. I'm not sure when I will start TTC but I'm still here! Here I thought everyone else was behind too, and it is just GR website being broken. lolI hope everyone is doing well this spooky session. :)
Have you seen any spooky movies or read other spooky books? My husband and I wanted to try for a movie each day of October. (spooky, horror, Halloween themed...etc) We're behind. lol Movie marathon on the weekend!
Hi Leigha :) Yea Goodreads notifications were broke for a few days. I read Frankenstein (well reread). I'm behind on the spooky stuff too but real life is being a pain.

Hope real life is on the up for you Tyler, I haven't read Frankenstein yet but I really need to make an effort with some more classics. Hoping to get to Thrill Club later next week.
Real life is a one day at a time thing. I'm doing ok. Hope real life is being ok to you too Melanie. :)
i thought i had it in my notes but R.L. is missing a golden opportunity to use which ever cheerleader was buried in the Fear St. cemetery. i can't remember which one it was but i know one of them was buried there. She should've became an urban legend or ghost story. It's grim but it would so be what teenagers would do.
also, do y'all want to keep this going next year? i don't mind either way. i have plenty i haven't read yet.
I think i'll pass next year. Real life isn't making reading easy, so I think next year i'm doing away with any structure to my reading. Just reading by mood.
Sorry. I'm also not sure about my living situation at the moment so I wouldn't be sure i'd be able to get the books.
