I don't think so, you've already read something by the author before so it can't count as new author, it's not part of a series, you've read fantasy/lgbt/YA books before, it was published in 2015, its got more than 100 ratings, and it doesn't have 'new' in the title. Can't find a way for it to count. Sorry.
