F, two of them fit well enough - I'd say Dahmer, because he kept body parts around his dwelling for the long term, and Haarmen, because they both may have sold 'meat' from their victims.
I'll go with that -- DING DING DING!(But because he also took in people who needed shelter, only sometimes making food and clothing out of them to fill his wallet, Dorothea Puente is also not a bad fit.)
