Thank you, Julesy. These challenges, I do differently from others. I don't select a word and read with that word in mind. As I keep a record of my readings, at the end of the challenge I've got fun playing with letters and words (in Excel), till I get the maximum. I've learnt a lot about Excel based on this 😉

Wow, good job, Marisa. And here I was feeling good about being seven books ahead in my reading goal for the year. Like you, I don't usually plan words out in advance --which often leaves me scrambling for a vowel or two near the end, LOL.

I'm really bad at spelling challenges, though at least I managed to get halfway through. I'll probably sit this one out and join again after september for the autumn round.
