Can you tell us more about the heroine and hero - their jobs, skills/interests, family/friends, rich/poor, etc.?
Where is the mansion located - country, region, etc.?
I read this one two years ago. The hero is rich and the heroine is young. The thing I remember most clearly is that she thought it is hot in the closet she was hiding in. This is everything I remember.
I already found it, it's not an english book. I read in several languages so I mixed it up with harlequin because it's plot was similar. Sorry for taking your time, I tried to delete this topic but it's still here.

The H kidnaps the heroine and holds her captive in his mansion for some reason. They are on an island, I think and she and her family live in Great Britain. The heroine wakes up in a strange bedroom and goes to explore the mansion. She finds the hero sitting at his desk working on his computer. The heroine tries to escape at night because there are security men. She notes that all the bedrooms there are similar when she goes from room to room trough balconies and has to hide in a closet in an another room when the security men finds she is not in her bedroom.
Later on the H gives her a laptop and she sees on her friend's or boyfriend's profile page that he is cheating on her with her friend.
