Rebecca | 12 comments Christine, I read "Dark Places" and I totally think it counts. They refer to the event a lot throughout the book and it has a huge impact on the events that happens in present time. That book though...made my skin crawl. It was so good yet so horrifying and heartbreaking. And I was born in the 80s too! I chose to go with "1984".

I'm borrowing The Cruel Prince from my library using the Overdrive app.

The cruel prince book published in 2018 (02/01/2018) hence why I couldn't get it until a week and a half ago and will probably always be behind those of you in big cities.

Many libraries use Overdrive to check out Kindle/e-books, audiobooks, and - in some cases - movies.

OK not relevant to me then. My local library is the school/community library and I just walk in and they check it out for me no card no nothing. 11 years working there.
