Kaitlyn, normally we read every 5 chapters (or more if they are very short) and then come here and post our comments and thoughts. We always use spoilers so it doesn't ruin it for others if they haven't read the part you're posting about yet. If you want to post more or less frequently, that's okay too; however, the point is to discuss and share our thoughts.

If you read at a slower or faster pace than me and Trisha (she's FAST), you might finish first or last. We normally try to come back to discuss with those who aren't done by time we are.

I'm excited to start this!

Kaitlyn, there are no hard rules with buddy reads. It's simply a way to enjoy our reading and being able to discuss our books.

Just remember that we're all in different states or even countries. For example, I'm on PST and I BR with others who are 2-3 hours ahead of me. Sometimes I get up at 7:00 and someone has already posted on 5 or more chapters. Days like today I have a dental appointment and then I'm going clothes shopping for 2 of my grandkids. A BR partner might be home with nothing else to do but read. That's why sometimes someone else can even be done before you actually start.

I'm excited for you to have you first buddy read! It's really fun sharing our thoughts!

Wes He just cracks me up! I love his personality!

Danica (view spoiler)[ I hate when people are treated so poorly as she is just because they are different of not as socially graced as others. In some ways I am proud of her for not revenging on the Candy girls. In other ways I want to slap her for not defending herself and standing up to them. Looks like she is possibly the key to Camelia's nightmares and premonitions. (hide spoiler)]

Ben (view spoiler)[ WHY??? Why doesn't he just tell Camelia that he CARES??? This drives me nuts! WE know he loves her! LOL (hide spoiler)]

Aunt Alexia (view spoiler)[ I have such conflicted feelings about her. On one hand I really think she can help Camelia, at least to understand some of what she experiences. On the other hand she majorly creeps me out. When Camelia had the dream where she seemed to truly be awake and her aunt was standing right over her when she woke up would have totally freaked me out. I'd be outta there! LOL Alexia DID "borrow" the doll for all those years, making me think the doll has something to do with solving Camelia's premonitions. (hide spoiler)]

Love this series! Just finished Ch. 27

The Letters (view spoiler)[I thought that Jack was stalker status, even though some women would be flattered that he hid around so much to "learn about them." But unless this was just a tease, Jill knows now that she's a victim. I wonder what these letters are all about? I still haven't figured them out. (hide spoiler)]

Wes (view spoiler)[ How could he lose that car like that? Ugh! It seemed like he knew that neighborhood too well. NO WAY he can be a bad guy! I'll give up reading! But the car they were following went to Adam's neighborhood. I don't think they'd have him be the culprit again. That's a bit obvious too. (hide spoiler)]

Debbie (view spoiler)[ Not much has been said about her, but I could see her a potential culprit. She did create problems for Ben and she is female, but she seems too obvious as well. Oh heck, I don't know! LOL (hide spoiler)]

Finished Ch. 35 and OMG! This last couple of chapters were crazy good.

This series is so good. I just love it!

Alexia's diary (view spoiler)[ I thought that diary entry was creepy! The card she made for "Jilly" is her sister. The letters between Jack and Jill must be the Jill that's her sister. I don't know. I can't figure this out. LOL So her voices told her to make a star and she drew the X's on her ears. So what's the connection to the X's on the doll? And what is this special connection between her and Camelia? Is it possible that she's really Camelia's mother? But Alexia isn't 20 years older.

I still don't like how she is always "suddenly there."

She seems to know a lot but either is holding back or simply only gets certain clues. (hide spoiler)]
