Read the first book in a series

Which book/series and do you think you will continue?

I am reading started A for Alibi. Sue Grafton just died and it has been made public that they will not be ghost writing Z so the alphalbet ends with Y. This might actually make me continue reading the series - I know there is an end.

I am planning to read A is for Alibi for a Popsugar Challenge prompt. We will have to compare notes.
I am reading Mr. Mercedes for my first in a series prompt and started it New Years Day.

I just finished A is for Alibi and I liked it. Slightly different than what I thought but debating about reading B to see if I like it enough to continue with the series. Look forward to comparing notes Susan!

It may be a bit. I have two books on loan to finish before February. One is Beartown which I am enjoying.
