Adding a quote with multiple authors

Hi, recently I added a quote from a book that has 2 authors. I felt uncomfortable adding only one of the authors of the quote. Is there a way to add all authors to the quote?

No, there isn't. The way the Quotes section is coded does not allow for more than one attribution. However, if it is from a literary work that credits both authors, it will link back to Author 2 that way.
