Firefight question

The protagonist in my book,is David Charleston.He is a brave and courageous because he kills evil super humans called Epics.He is also determined this can be seen because he always makes sure that they are eventually able to kill the Epic they are hunting.He is also somewhat stubborn and is a risk taker.
