For a human to become a Vampire: 1- The human has to be drained of blood completely. 2- The human has to drink Vampire blood. (Vampire pours it down Human's throat) 3- If Human is strong enough, they will change after one hour. (If not strong enough, they just die)
No one can be changed into a Dhampir. The only way to be on is to have your parents: -Vampire+Human -Dhampir+Dhampir -Vampire+Dhampir
