I'm curious as to whether this quote is properly attributed or not - although it is (I presume), part of her book, it is lifted pretty directly from the Bible, Ruth 1:16-17

"And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God; Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Lord do so to me, and more also, if aught but death part thee and me." (King James Version)

The argument can be made for some paraphrased quotes, but I think not so much for this one. And it seems to have appeared in more than one of the author's books? https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/sear...

If someone else doesn't get to it before me, I can merge all of them into the bible version in a day or two.

Thanks Rivka. I think it's even stretching the term "paraphrased" because it is literally one word that she has changed.
