[Georgian?] No results in search for author's name

I'm not sure if it's a technical issue or something else ... I searched for Dato Turashvili in the main search box on top and there are only 2 fringe results, but none of his actual books. As you can see there are plenty results, but they are found only when I search for his name in Georgian script (or by book title). Incidentally, he WAS found when I clicked "add book/author" for this comment ...

I can see no recent edits to either author profile that would explain this, so there is nothing librarians can do, I'm afraid.

The search function is notoriously bad. There are many threads about it in the Feedback Group: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/.... You can report this case there, or contact support (at) goodreads (dot) com

The search function is especially poor when the search terms aren't in the Latin alphabet. When I search in Japanese, for example, I get Harry Potter no matter what it was I was searching for.
