ABANDONED. Girl gets in a bike crash in thunderstorm and goes back in time

I had to read this book in 7th grade and now I can’t for the life of me remember what it was. A girl gets in a fight with her parents and goes riding off into a thunderstorm down a windy mountain road and crashes. She either like becomes a ghost kinda and watches lift happen but can’t interact or she goes back in time??? I’m pretty sure the cover was yellow and minimilist and was under 200 pages. Help??????
