Having trouble looking for this book!

I read a book while back about a woman who was walking her dog through a nearby park and end up stumbling upon a guy who turns out to be a fae, he was defeated by another and lost his connection to his land and ended up binding with her. I know she works at like this store and she makes jewelry on top of that she's hoping to find him another land to bond with. I have been looking for this book for a month and I just can't remember the name of it. I do know the cover was blue....and I know this book exsits and is somewhere out there. If anyone has read a book like this or knows the name i am forever in your debt.

I immediately thought Dark Fever but that is a total guess. It's been years since I read it so I might be mis-remembering.

Ah yeah, sadly that's not it. If only I could remember some of the characters names.

Well to me it was romance. The heroine and the male fey shes bound to start to fall in love. But it's one of those romances where the romantic scenes aren't detailed.

Could it be one of the Isa fae collection books?
I know in one of them there is a woman who works at a jewellery store and she makes illusion charms/jewellery.
Think the book is called Illusions by Jade Kerrion
