Yes. So if you read a word twice, but don't get through the 3rd read, any books read for that 3rd read will count.
What doesn't count is if you don't complete the word before starting to re-read

Great job, ladies! We are about halfway down with spelling our word out for a fourth time! We have T, H, R, and E, open. Tea's book can be used for any of them, so, if any of you want to try for another book, you have options.

I did put the date in...there are apparently dup editions on my list...goodreads won't let me delete the e-book version at the moment...but I did put it on my list as read :)
Catherine wrote: "ok...nevermind that last message! it did it! :) all fixed now :)"Okay, I'll add the date now. Thanks!
So, I have plugged in Tea's and Danielle's books. We will be two books shy of spelling our word out four times!
My book has at least 10 characters with R names. That should count for another letter. :PI'll be done with mine tomorrow and I could try to squeeze something shortish/quickish. Have both R & E books, so if somebody else wants/has one of those letters let me know.
OK. I'll read Try by Ella Frank. I've started this book a while ago, but it didn't hold me. I could as well finish it now.Don't want to throw away other letters just to get an E :P
I'm sooo ready for new letters!!!
Can we get thriller again? *please say no! please say no! at least for this week*

I'm now going to read Into the Shadows. I don't know if I'll finish tonight. We'll see how the night goes. I'll post either way.
Slow down! :PAccording to countdown, there are 7h left of this week. Little less to give Karla time to check everything (since it's about 3am here I can't help her).

Not really. :P I don't like either of characters so I'm doing everything else (like hanging on GR) beside reading. But I'll get them through.
I'm working on finishing my book now. I will make it before the deadline. I'll update everything now, and then check again, 15 minutes before the deadline. Might as well see if there are any last minute additions.
Well done, everyone! This week certainly made me read a few books that I've had for quite a while to read.
Well done team mates :) ! I'm not going to be able to finish my book The Greyfriar before the deadline but I hope it will count for our next word, depending on the letters. Btw I'm really enjoying this team challenge.
And now we don't have most points anymore :( At the moment 1 or 2 teams are ahead of us for 1-2 books.I should have kept my mouth closed :P
Just reminder for everyone:
check if your books are on your read & wheel-a-thon shelfs and if they have read dates

There is a possibility that we will end up with Thriller again. I asked Karen about it, in the Captains' Group. It's all done randomly, so we get what we get. Let's just cross our fingers that we get something different.I'm hoping for Paranormal or Urban Fantasy. I have a book that I need to read for a different challenge that fits the letters and the genres.
Because of letters or genre? It's such nice combination of letters :P
You know, we could try bribing Mods or whoever is spinning the wheel :P
I actually think Horror may be an easy one (not that I've had it yet!), but FICTION was not easy so I figure anything with more common letters must be better.....lol
Amanda has already spun the wheels so I'm afraid it is too late for bribes ;)

I actually wouldn't worry much about genre. People on GR sometimes tag pretty strange. I think if one of us read some bloody thriller or something like that that we could find 10 people who tagged it as horror. For example: And Then There Were None is horror book ☺
Karen wrote: "Amanda has already spun the wheels so I'm afraid it is too late for bribes ;) "How long ago?
So we know when to start negotiating for next spin :P
And how about hint? I'm going to bed now so it would be great to know what book to start reading :D

Mainly for the letters. But, now that I think about it, I have two books that would work; If I Should Die Before I Wake by Han Nolan and Obsidian.
