I have a Y I am starting - Blood Wyne by Yasmine Galenorn. It also could be an "O" for series (Otherworld), M for Menolly (character), C for Camille (character), N for Nerissa (character), or R for Roman (character). There may be other letters in the character names as well :)

Finished Blood Red last night - it was a fun (but gory) little Red Riding Hood retelling where Red is the werewolf hunter herself :)
@ Kerry-Anne, If I stay is on my TBR for a while now. It's good to know that you like it. More chances that I pick it sooner. :)@ Rachel Nothing but Reading Challenges group has so many challenges that it's difficult to resist. I found Reading Challenges Index discussion useful.

Great minds! lol When Jane got me curious, I went poking about. Not quite sure I wanna bite off the animal one just yet, but I joined Armed and Dangerous. Looks like great fun! SUCH a great group!
Kerry-anne wrote: "LIST UPDATED@Jane I typed in the title Gnome on the Range and it just kept bringing up Waiting?!
@Joy and Juliana Nice to have you lovely ladies back
@Rachel, I think 'O' and possible 'Y' (thou..."
I'm happy to switch to an O if we need it... or can just aim for that with my next read. Yell out if you think it's an imperative need and I'll switch right away. I'll stick with Blood Warrior unless i hear different from you, though. I've got an O book already picked, so I'll aim for This Dark Endeavor by Kenneth Oppel as my next read.
also started this one on audiobook. Finally occurred to me I could listen to books while catching up with GR and other stuff online. Dur. lol Loads of characters, will keep eyes open for an O.Skin Game by Jim Butcher
Ltrs: M - Murphy (char), N - Nicodemus (char),
A - Archleone (char)
I finished On A Night Like This by Barbara Freethy. And it was lovely. (08/11)It count for: O (title), C (series), A (haracter: Aiden Callaway).
@Rachel, Armed and Dangerous looks fun!
Starting: So This Is Love by Barbara Freethy.Counts for letters: C (Series: Callaways), E (Character: Emma Callaway), M (Character: Max Harrison)
Kerry-anne wrote: "LIST UPDATEDWe are doing fantastic day 2 and we only need a 'R' to complete our first spell-it-out :) Well Done Ladies"
Kerry-Anne, you duplicated my book. I'm actually reading the second one on the Callaways series, So This Is Love.
:)
I have finished:
Barnet på Blessings by Anna Quindlen A author
N character Nadine
C character Skip Cuddy
Irene wrote: "next -
by Debbie MacomberC (title) E or M (Emily Merkel), A (Angelic Intervention #8)"
finished 8/11/14
I finished Blood Wyne last night (8/10) and read In the Flesh which could count for the following letters: E for author Ethan Stone, C or M for character Colby Maddox, A for character Alexandra Luther. Now I'm starting the sequel Flesh & Blood which could count for the same letters: E for author Ethan Stone, C or M for character Colby Maddox, A for character Alexandra Luther.
Finished Flesh & BloodNext: Blood and Tears (finishing the series!)
E - author Ethan Stone
I'll look for other letters in the characters as I go.
I finished Eleanor & Park. Oh. My. God. This book. This book is amazing. I laughed and cried and it was so good and I want to read it again. It's just a story of two teenagers falling in love, but man, the author's writing is so good. This was such an amazing read.I'm going to start reading The Death of Bees, which can count for an O because of author Lisa O'Donnell.
I had Eleanor & Park on my tbr, but I think that was only cuz I wanted to read another Rainbow Rowell book. Fangirl, maybe? Anyway, bumping Eleanor & Park up the pile. Glad you loved it!
Finished with 666 Park Avenue.
@Rachel: This one turned out to be better than I had expected. After the first thirty pages or so I was seriously considering putting it down. The character came across as extremely vapid and insecure. She really got on my nerves. As the plot developed though it got better. I gave it three stars.
Going to start Tell the Wolves I'm Home by Carol Rifka Brunt. Can count for T (title), C (author's name), R (author's name), or E (character's name June Elbus).

@ Kelsi... Yeah, definitely check out the 666 Park show if you've got netflix... they must have totally reworked the main character (most of plot too, looks like) because I loved the main girl in that. Very intuitive and artsy... not vapid in the least. I'll give it a read for sure.
I will definitely check it out :)

Finished 8/13Blood Warrior by H.D. Gordon (#1 Alex Montgomery series)
N - Nelliana (char), A - Alex (series name), M - Montgomery (char)
I'm crossing fingers we still need that last 'M'. I'm starting this one, today. Gotta read it for a review, so hoping we can use it somehow. Looks awesome! The Watcher by Lisa Voisin
Letters: M - Mia (char name), C - Crawford (char name), T - The (Title)
Not many characters mentioned in description, so crossing fingers there's others that will work.
I should definitely finish The Watcher, and finish listening to Skin Game for this week, but not sure if I'll fit in any others, since Watcher is like 550 pages.

Kerry-anne wrote: "LIST UPDATED@Rachel Ill add in The Watcher but need to finish the 2nd spell-it-out before any books read on the 3rd spell-it-out will count :( hopefully we can fill up the couple ..."
I'm desperately hoping that The Watcher has a bunch more characters. There were only two listed in the description, so I'll highlight all char as I read, and hopefully one of them will help fill a spot we need. Crossing fingers!
I am not sure how much more I will read this week but I should at least get one read.As we need R I will make that:
Reckless by Cornelia Funke. This I need for at least 2 other challenges.
Here it works for:
R title
C author
M seriesname

rofl... we say 'phalanges twisted' in my house... pretty much the same idea. ;) I'll yell out with characters when I have a few. And so sorry to the team.. I just couldn't delay with these few I'd agreed to review any longer. Sounds like we'll be ok either way, though. ;)
I'm going to be doing a lot of running around today so starting another book on my phone -
by Sam KeithO (title), R (Richard Proenneke)
Girls I'm struggling with Obsidian, too immature for my taste. But I'll finish it before our deadline. How is everybody enjoying your reading?
I'm finding Tell the Wolves I'm Home to be on the slower side. I am really enjoying it but I have to think about it a lot. I am hoping to be done it tonight so I can fit in a small one before the deadline!
The Watcher is great so far... truly entertaining! Its YA but beautifully written and with rather deep emotions, which works for me! Love it when books i have to review are ones I can rave about. ;) I'll definitely have it done in time, since page count was wrong on GR. Its only 250. Plus will finish Skin Game on audio. I'll likely have time to begin a fourth book but probably not finish, so that won't help much.Kerry-anne... do you know if we still need that 'R' for our second spell it, or will Jane's 'Reckless' by Funke fix that for us? Edit: I saw you updated the list and we're done with spell it #2! Yay!!!
Looks like I forgot to list one of my books. Just finished -
by Dan ChaonA (title), C (author), R (Ryan Schuyler), O (George Orson)
I'll have One Man's Wilderness done tonight but I'll also be starting
by Katie O'SullivanM (title), O (author), R (Kendall Roarke), A (Alan)

I'm up against deadline for another book for review, but as of yet don't see many letters for us in it. I'll certainly have it read in time (will be reading all day tomorrow to finish the 3 I've got going), and will keep eye out for characters who'll work for other letters. The Hybrid: Book 1

I just finished with Tell the Wolves I'm Home. Also listened to and finished Confessions of a Murder Suspect by James Patterson today which can count for C (title), P (author's name), T (character Tandy), M (character Malcolm), or A (character last name Angel).
Going to work on finishing up Lover Eternal which counts for R (character Rhage) or M (character Mary). No promises on this one though, not sure if I will be able to finish it on time.

I'm unfortunately not going to get through lover eternal. I have a bunch of running around to do before the deadline and am only halfway through the book. Sorry girls! We still did great this week though, good job everyone! :)
I am sorry, I have not read Reckless by Cornelia Funke. But I have read
Forliset og andre skrøner by Jørn Riel which means I have still covered the needed RYesterday I became an aunt when my brother's wife gave birth to a son just after midnight.
