Toby sighed softly as he let her continue to rub his shoulders. He was feeling a lot better than he had been before

Toby gently leaned back against her and nodded," yes I am." He said softly looking over at her," thank you."
Toby nodded a little bit," I know Alice." He said softly," I just wish I was better like the base doctors said." He replied softly
Toby nodded slightly keeping his head on her shoulder," yeah I know Alice." He said softly
Toby looked over at Liam," so let's go help him," he said softly getting up and reaching to help Alice up also
Toby smiled and kept one hand in hers as they all walked overto the lake to feed the ducks
Toby knelt down behind Liam and watched the little boy with his excitement. He laughed softly
Toby didn't notice Alice taking pictures if them but he didn't really care as long as Liam was having fun
Toby looked down at Liam an nodded," well sure but where are we goin?" He asked swinging him up carefully into his arms
Toby watched the ducks also. He missed having just a simple life where not much to bother or worry him. He looked back at Liam and nodded," Sure we can play tag."
Toby laughed," why am I it?"He asked then started chasing Liam around
Toby laughed and caught Liam around the waist," caught you!" He said tickling the small boy.. "Now what?"
Toby nodded as put the little boy down," okay so do we run from you?" He asked
Toby nodded," Alright then see you later."He said chuckling a little and running off
Toby laughed as he just stayed out of reach for Liam
"No you won't."He called back as he ran from Liam
Toby laughed and stopped running as he watched Liam chase Alice for a little bit
Toby chuckled softly and then laid down next to Liam.. "Is it nap Time yet?" He asked grabbing Liam and pulling him close
Toby chuckled and nodded," Sure you can buddy." He answered
Toby sat up and still kept Liam in his lap. He figured when they walked home Liam could have a piggy back ride so he wasn't as tired and would nap
((It's totally cool don't worry about it.)) Toby smiled as he held Liam close as they all just rested in the shade
Toby looked at Liam," buddy... I think it's time to go home so you can have a nap." He said softly hugging the little boy
Toby nodded," Yup what you mom said up and up silly boy and I'll carry you home okay?" He asked
Toby got up and helped Alice put the blanket and stuff away then he picked Liam up with a smile," Alright home we go."
Toby smiled slightly as they walked home together. He didn't know how his shoulder would hold up for the walk but he wasn't willing to loose time with Liam for it
Toby shook his head a little bit," I'll be alright Alice."
He nodded," Yes." He answered knowing she was worried about him but he wanted this. He wanted to carry Liam home. He wanted to do the things he missed out on
Toby smiled at her glad she didn't bother him about it anymore. He sighed softly," let's go home." He said
He smiled at her," Yup home with you and Liam." He answered
Toby followed her into the bathroom and gently woke Liam up before putting him down on his own feet," Liam wake up so you can have a bath." He said softly
Toby winced slightly as he stood back up after helping Liam with his clothes. He watched as Alice put the sleepy boy into the tub
Toby watched for a second before nodding with a smile," Yes I want to help."
He nodded," okay then." He answered kneeling next to the tub and then starting to wash Liam's hair
He chuckled softly and watched Liam," Who got you all of those your mom?" He asked
Toby smiled a little bit," ohh really?" He asked getting the tub to drain the water," Alright time for bed little man."
Toby nodded a little bit," Sure ill read to you." He answered after settling the younger boy into bed
"One chapter right?" He asked slipping his arm around the young boy and started to read softly to him
Toby nodded as he started to read the next chapter to Liam. He smiled as he felt the boy snuggle against him and Alice
Toby stopped reading after he noticed that Liam had fallen asleep. He looked over at Alice and smiled a little bit as he gently laid Liam down and then tucked him in before waking around and picking Alice up and carrying her to their room
Toby looked down at her as he carried her to their room. "Hmm?" He asked then smiled a little bit," yes you fell asleep."
"It's okay." He answered laying her down and then climbing into bed with her
Toby nodded," I had fun today too." He said softly wrapping his arms around her and then wincing a little at the pull in his shoulder
Toby shook his head a little bit," I'm fine Alice go back to sleep."He said in a voice that was tight with pain," I'll be better in the morning."
Toby sighed,"okay okay go ahead," he answered letting her go but staying on his side
Toby sat up and took the glass and pills from her. He took them thn set the glass down in the side table," You know I'm not mad at you right?" He asked," for wanting to take care of me."
Toby nodded slightly and then shook his head," No I'm okay I just need you." He told her
Toby nodded a little bit and said," okay do what you want to do then." He moved a little away from the edge if the bed
Toby sighed softly as he relaxed even more under her touch. "Okay that feels really good." He said then tensed a little," Alice that hurts." He stated moving away from her hands
Toby frowned a little," Im sorry... I just didn't think it would that much." He said moving to looked at his shoulder after pulling his shirt away. "Alice are those scares supposed to look like that?"
Toby frowned," Ohhh... Maybe I should have shown them to you before... I thought I was just because I was suddenly more active than I had been."
