Toby nodded and scooped Liam up into his arms," Yup just like me buddy." He answered setting him on the counter

Toby brought everything they needed back to where Liam was," Alright you need to be careful up there."
Toby nodded a little bit," Yes it is honey." He answered starting to make the batter for the pancakes.
Toby chuckled softly and grinned," Yes I know." He answered making the batter and then saying," So blueberries or chocolate chips?"
Tobias smiled at his young son," alright then blueberries it is." He replied but he took a bit of the batter out and placed it in a different bowl," we'll have some chocolate chip pancakes too."
Toby nodded," yes Liam," he answered with a grin," we can make both but let's make mommy's first."
Toby smiled as he made the pancakes with blueberries for Alice. He would look over at Liam every few seconds
Toby chuckled softly listening to him," here see if this tastes good." He told the little boy holding out a forkful of pancake for him
Tobias grinned at the little boy," Ohh good.. Now it's time for the chocolate chip ones." He said with a smile to his son
Toby chuckled softly." I do too, but Liam you have to be quiet." He told the boy poking him gently in the stomach
Tobias chuckled softly and went back to finishing up the pancakes," Alright buddy what would mommy like to drink?" He asked
Toby nodded a little bit," Alright then orange juice for me and your mom and I'll get you some more milk and then off we go to wake mommy up with breakfast."
Toby turned to Liam after pouring him and Alice a glass of juice," yes we are Liam." He answered," Why do you ask?"
Toby frowned a little bit," well Liam I'm not going anywhere." He answered picking the little boy up
Toby nodded still holding the boy," yes I promise.. I'm not ever going to leave you guys for that long again."
"You're welcome buddy." He answered putting Liam down," Alright time to surprise mommy."
Toby nodded," I know now come on and be quiet."
Tobias smiled at his small son and walking into the bedroom with a trey of food for the three of them. "Go wake up your mom." she said softly
Toby chuckled softly as he watched Liam wake up Alice. He walked over to the bed with a grin
Tobias watched the two of them woth a grin. He chuckled softly as Alice tickled Liam," Well I guess she got you."
"I'm coming." He called putting the tray down and going over to grab his son," Ive got you now."
Toby grinned hugging Liam tightly. He looked over at Alice kind of questioningly
"Good morning.. I was alright." He answered setting Liam down on the bed
Toby smiled a little bit," we did.. I may have burnt some of the food a little though." He admitted softly
Tobias chuckled softly and picked the tray back up," we did."He answered walking over to the bed and putting the food in front of Alice
Tobias chuckled and pushed Liam over gently," whatever."
Tobias grinned a little bit," Just don't tell me if it tastes awful." He commented and then got into the bed with them
Toby smiled a little bit and looked at her," well thanks." He answered quietly
Tobias smiled and took the proffered bite," Thanks." He answered after chewing," how is it Liam?"
He nodded," good thing it is." He answered with a grin.
Tobias smiled and hugged his son back tightly," I love you.@
Toby kissed his head softly and hugged him tightly. He grinned over at Alice over Liam's head. He was very happy and you could see
Toby moved a little and pulled her close to whispering," don't cry sweetheart."
Toby grinned a little bit and rested his head against hers as he kept the two of them close, " I dreamed about something like this too. But not quite yet since I had no idea Liam existed,"
He nodded a little bit, "Yup he will," Toby replied
Tobias smiled a bit more and sat next to the two of them
Tobias smiled and ate along with his son and girlfriend. He leaned back pulling Alice back against him
Tobias looked over at her and kissed her head softly," where did I grab you last night?" He asked softly
Tobias frowned a little," let me see?" He asked softly," I'm sorry for leaving last night but I was afraid of hurting you"
Tobias took her arm gently in his hands still frowning a little," I can't believe I did this to you." He whispered
Toby nodded a little bit," I'm alright I was just dreaming about being back there'." He said softly
Toby shrugged a little bit," I don know.. I don't know what to do." He answered holding her hand a little bit tighter
"I'm willing to try anything to help me at least forget about what went on for a little while." He replied," but could you come with me?" He asked
Toby smiled slightly at her," Thanks honey."
"Well thanks." He said softly kissing her cheek.
Tobias kept her close to him for a little longer before letting her go with a grin and grabbing Liam
Toby grinned," what?" He asked starting to tickle Liam gently
"What does?" He asked chuckling softly
"No I'm not." Toby replied putting his arms back around Alice ad chuckling softly
