SO, because I absolutely HATE this book, I was wondering which character you hate the most?

Me...probably Anastasia.

Definitely Christian. What an asshole.

IF YOU LOVE CHRISTIAN, YOU NEED A PSYCHIATRIST.

The second most annoying character is Ana's inner goddess. HAHAHAAHAHAHA

Hate is such a strong word, but if anyone deserves a trophy here then it's absolutely Anastasia, as a narrator and a character! She's mega-annoying, her low IQ is a disgrace to the human race, and only because women like her exist, lunatics like Christian Grey are still there.

Omg. All of them. But mostly Christian.
I mean come on, this guy is a huge stalker and control freak. How annoying and scary can one person be at once? /:

Hands down Anastasia. And Christian during the first book.

Definitely Anastasia. She was just a total doormat. Sure, Christian was an emotionally abusive and manipulative twat towards Anastasia, but only because she allowed him to be.

Chapter 1! I pushed myself to read 2 chapters because my friend the book. But honestly I couldn't take another page.

Well, I am glad to know that I am not the only one who Christian irritated the heck out of.

I'm not a hater, I loved this series but I couldn't stand Mrs Robinson. She just needed to step back already. Stop trying to get him to come back to you because now you see he's finally happy and it's not with you!

Ana. If she said, "oh my" or "my inner goddes" one more time I could've shook her repeatedly.

I couldn't get past Ana. I would get so upset at how stupid she was, I literally wanted her to be a real person so I could smack her. I didn't finish the 3rd book, I couldn't take her any more. She's young, immature, and poorly written. I think the poorly written is my biggest complaint. I would tell people it's not Ana's fault she's so stupid and ignorant it's how E L James wrote her.

Anastasia. She is very naive to be a twenty two year old. Her relationship with Christian has to be one of the most fucked up ever written. Here are some fucked up actual quotes from the book.
1.Because I can’t touch you, because I'm too frightened to show you any affection in case you flinch or tell me off or worse – beat me?
2....I have to man up and take whatever he decides he wants, whatever he thinks he needs.
3.The Submissive shall submit to any sexual activity demanded by the Dominant and shall do without hesitation or argument.
4.The Submissive shall not look directly into the eyes of the Dominant except when specifically instructed to do so. The Submissive shall keep her eyes cast down and maintain a quiet and respectful bearing in the presence of the Dominant.

Okay, seriously was there anyone not worth hating? Well I guess I have to give a HATE OUT to the dude who almost wasted Anastasia...What a total douche..you had your chance...you could have wasted the whole clan and done everyone a favor

Katherine and Mia :)

I enjoyed the 2nd book and the 1st a little bit, but Kate and Anastasia had moments throughout the book where I stopped reading and would go "really? Really?!".
On a regular basis I would have to say Kate was worse.

Anastasia is the most annoying character since Bella, oh wait..

All of the characters are annoying... all of them!
Though I don't think they're all bad, similar to real people.

I'm so glad, I'm not the only one, who didn't like the books.
A friend recommended the book(s) to me and I fought my way through all 3 of them.
It was a very hard fight and just because I always hoped it would get better...that there must be something, why my friend liked the book.
But at the end I couldn't find a single thing that I liked about them:
The book was just about f*cking (and even about that it was written so boring), a very weak and stupid female main character and the usual mistake that sex equals love.
I'd really like to know, what others, who claim to have liked the book(s), see in it/them. Really, I'd like to know.

Anastasia !!! how she can be so boring

I do like the books, and the story line (if only it was written better) but I have to say sometimes Anna gets on my nerves, and she's a little embarrassing. Constantly being made to feel like an 'errant child' due to her lack of thinking before she does anything. Which just irritates Christian. Would a hot shot CEO waste his time on someone like that ?! I think not.

Plus the repetitiveness of Anna constantly biting her lip becomes annoying and unnecessary !!

ANASTASIA.
That whiny dumb bitch has no self respect.

Anastasia's inner Goddess.

Anastasia, no contest. Annoying as hell.

The Inner Goddess. Definitely the Inner Goddess.

Kate. Invasive 'bestie'

Christian.

Can I join this convo even if I'm not a hater? If so, Ms Robinson annoyed the hell out of me.

ANASTASIA
spineless bitch

Anastasia!!!!

Anastasia, she get on my nerve I stop reading the second book.

Kate, i feel like she think she can get away with anything.

Honestly... It's Anastasia. She has no "backbone"! I mean, the writer tries to make something out of Anastasia that she obviously isn't, she isn't an independent and courageous woman. Frankly she's just an idiot with no self respect!

I'm not a hater. I loved the series, but I thought Anastasia was an annoying nitwit.

I've only read book 1 & 2, but thus far Anastasia has been the most annoying character to me. Mainly due to her internal dialogue.
"My Fifty!" (ok, sorry but I am from the south so every time you say that, I am thinking of a rapper not a business man!)
"My inner Goddess..." NEEDS TO GO AWAY, cuz she bothering me!
"Holy Cow/$h!t/F*@#!!" Enough already!

Anastasia. She is such a doormat. This is one series I could not bring myself to finish.

I am not a hater but I can tell that sometimes Anastasia annoyed me especially in the third book. Seriously there were times that I wanted to punch her :-/

Anastasia.. And That friend of here..

i love the books but i do hate Anna

ANASTASIA ... I kept reading because it was like train wreck that you couldn't stop watching. However, Most of the time I just wanted to bitch slap the chic.

OOOOOKay I don't like Anastasia but I love Christian
By the way why do you hate Christian? I mean don't you get where he's coming from? Why he is such a control freak? Why he likes to stalk? It hurts because I love him :/

Anastasia, she is so LAME and boring

I got the 1st book from a friend who couldn't bring herself to read even half way through it. She thought it was poorly written. When I read it, I couldn't disagree more.
Most of the characters in the book were annoying, mainly Anna.
