Just completed my 2nd #2 (pink) - Tyler Johnson Was Here by Jay Coles. This book is powerful, particularly for its descriptions of black children's interactions with police officers. It is obvious that the author has lived these experiences. The in-between sections felt a little like stereotypes. Overall, definitely worth reading and a great debut novel! 4 stars28/45
Just completed my 2nd #13 (more than five colors) - Lucky in Love by Kasie West. Sweet, quick read! Exactly what I needed after a stressful day. The concept was interesting, and the characters were just different enough to not feel like stereotypes. Worth reading! 3.5 stars29/45

Just completed my 2nd #14 (color in title) and 2nd full round - White Oleander by Janet Finch. I'm still sifting this one through in my mind, and I'll likely be thinking about it for awhile. The best books leave one like that. The writing is excellent and required me, as a fast reader, to take this story in small sips and savor it more than I normally would. The characters were brilliant and flawed and raw. I know all of the women portrayed in this book or women who are shades of them. This book is an absolute must-read! I received this book as a free giveaway in exchange for my honest review. 5 stars30/45
Just completed my 3rd #4 (orange) - All the Missing Girls by Megan Miranda. I enjoyed the first part of this book, but the second part was very difficult for me to care enough to read. It was written in reverse chronology, and while I get it in how it mattered to the plot, by the time it was over, I just didn't care. It also made it difficult for me to connect with the characters. Overall, just so so. 3 stars31/45
Just completed my 3rd #12 (metallic) - Roomies by Christina Lauren. Nice blend of romance and humor. I appreciated the complexity of the main character; her mid-twenties need to figure herself out and grow up were presented well. Worth reading! 4 stars32/45
Completed mine today! :D (initial post was #90)(that took a LONGGGGG time)

Just completed my 3rd #3 (red) - Dear Martin by Nic Stone. This book was so beautifully crafted. In just over 200 pages, the author manages to deliver a stark message on race in this country. I'm still processing, but this is a book definitely worth reading! 5 stars33/45
