Michael - yours is just in as fiction - if you let me know what it should be I'll update it, and then it's there for next time too. re amz most authors can only review now in the country they buy there books in, so it's luck of the draw whether it's us or uk etc. But you are also perfectly entitled to refuse to let someone reviewer your book and therefore "use up a credit" for whatever reason.
