Stephanie rises to the occasion and helps plan Joe’s extraction from prison and later his escape from the country. Your thoughts about her change?

[Robin]

Even though she does mostly computer work, I'm sure she would have other types of training considering where she works. It must have been really good training to be able to do the things she did.

[Jonetta]

You never know who has the skills and leadership traits to step up when needed. I’ve worked with people who surprised me like Stephanie did here. She never needed to do this in the past so she just never had the opportunity. When you think about who her parents are, it begins to make sense that she’d have these skills as they are excellent role models.

[Anita]

Even though she was scared to death, she made a plan and got Joe out. She was smart and used to resources she had available and made it work.
