Donald Thomas's Holmes series at

includes the same book twice:
"Sherlock Holmes and the Running Noose"
and
"Sherlock Holmes and the Voice from the Crypt: And Other Tales"
-- are the same book, UK and US titles resp.

So the latter title should be deleted and the series renumbered, i.e "Execution" becomes #3, etc.
