SOLVED. Romance hero's ex confronts the heroine in the ladies room to cause problems. [s]

Looking for a book, but all I can remember is one part. I hope someone can help. Here what i remember:

Hero and heroine are at a restaurant the h excuses herself to the ladies room. While in there the H's ex comes in an tell the h that her and the H are together and that he was just sowing his wilds oats an that she was ok with that because he always came back to her. She also told h that her and the H was getting married and that she was expecting a ring anytime. The h is angry and walks out. She goes to the table gets her purse i think she says something to him and goes to leave but H stops her an ask her what was wrong. Sorry that is all I remember i hope this sounds familiar to someone.

This sounds very familiar. It could be a common plot device. Can you remember anything else? What either of them does for a living? Where it is set? How did they meet?

No sorry i don't remember anything else at the moment.

I think the hero may be the heroine boss and it is actually a business lunch but they both are attracted to each other. The lunch meeting may be an excuse to get her to go out to lunch with him, but not sure. I really hope this is from another book.
