I agree, Neeve knows a lot but doesn't say it, maybe because it will aggravate Maura.

I think Neeve is up to something probably something that Maeve wouldn't agree with. I believe she knows exactly what was in that place but it's so bad that she know if Blue tells Maeve they'll stop her. I feel similar to Destiny in that it could be Czerny but I'm also thinking it might be something worse.
