Error Message with Giveaways

I have been trying for about 4 hours now to figure out how to run a giveaway. I have put in all my information over, and over, and over again and I keep getting an error message saying I am trying to give away an ebook. I have repeatedly put in my book's ISBN, both with and without hyphens, only to have it changed again and again to a different number.

I am not technical at all and I'm sure it's some small problem but this site is not easy to use for us lay people. Please advise on how to fix this problem. Thank you in advance for your help, it's very appreciated.

I just set up a giveaway on my book Salvageable . I had the same problem and rewrote the ad numerous times. Make sure the book showing on Goodreads is the print version, then a number automatically posted from that listing. Don't change it to IBSN number and it should take it. When I first tried to do it, I realized I didn't even have the paperback listed so I had to do that first. It is not a user-friendly process, I agree! Hope this helps! Good luck.

Melissa, sorry to hear that! I looks like your paperback had the wrong (Kindle) format listed, which is probably why it was giving you that message. It's all fixed now -- ISBN 9780692821190 should do the trick.
