Though it is more of a mystery/paranormal series, the Harper Connelly series by Charlaine Harris follows Harper and her stepbrother Tolliver as they travel and work together on cases. Their parents married when they were teens, and the teenagers had to band together to take care of their younger siblings as their parents struggled with addiction.
They slowly develop feelings for each other over the course of the series, and wind up together.

Second Chance Cinderella
Its a historical romance where both hero and heroine were raised in an orphanage. They fell in love and I think they married or at least were living together after leaving the orphanage. Heroine is a maid and hero get an offer as a clerk. He decides to leave for a while to make money so they can have a better life. Misunderstanding happen and they dont see each other for 10 years each thinking the other forgot them. Heroine is now working as a servant and trying to raise their son. Hero is now a rich man.

I dont know if this is what you were looking for but just thought i should mention it. The orphanage part is only in the first few pages and there life before is really just short flashbacks. The story is mostly about them older when the hero is rich and she is working as his servant.

I don't know if you are interested in YA but Jennifer L. Armentrout has a pretty good one that might meet that. It's called the problem with forever! I'd try it I were you. It's pretty good.
