Capitalizing "With"

Should the word "with" be capitalized in the titles of these three books? I was always taught that prepositions of four letters or fewer (unless they are the first or last word) should NOT be capitalized.

I don't think it would look right with them uncapitalized so I would leave them in this case.

I am not too sure what you mean about "look right", do you mean aesthetically or grammatically?

This is what I believe they should be:
Stay with Me
Go with Me
Try with Me

With is a preposition and is not capitalized in a title unless it is the first word.

Aesthetically. I know that's not very scientific...

Goodreads works on grammatical title case, which is therefore "with" not With. :)

In this case, I'd leave it capitalized just because the series name is the "With Me" series. After the titles of the three books, it's followed by (With Me #1), etc.

For other books as just a title, I'd leave grammatically correct and lowercase.

Out of curiosity's sake, looked up Gone with the Wind. Several of the versions have the With capitalized (and usually only "the" lowercase), while other versions have both 'with' and 'the' lowercased.
