I am not too sure what you mean about "look right", do you mean aesthetically or grammatically?This is what I believe they should be:
Stay with Me
Go with Me
Try with Me

In this case, I'd leave it capitalized just because the series name is the "With Me" series. After the titles of the three books, it's followed by (With Me #1), etc. For other books as just a title, I'd leave grammatically correct and lowercase.
Out of curiosity's sake, looked up Gone with the Wind. Several of the versions have the With capitalized (and usually only "the" lowercase), while other versions have both 'with' and 'the' lowercased.
