The Billionaire Wins the Game question

I read this book recently in the past 2 years in kindle. The Book is about a man and a woman who had a relationship but broke up before she knew she was pregnant. When they meet again and finds out she has a son he thinks nothing of it and befriends her son. He shows up at the kids birthday party where he realizes that the kids is older than he thought and puts 2 and 2 together. He realizes that he is his father and gets very mad that she has kept him away from him all these years and gives her an ultimatum ultimatum either she marries him and gets to go with him and their son back to Europe or he takes his son and leaves her here. When he threatens the mother that he will take away his son from her, the son over hears and runs out into the middle of the street but before he can be run over by two motorcycles the mother pushes him out of the way and get hit instead. When this happens he realizes that he loves her and is very sorry. She wakes up and remembers everything but then they live happily ever after. (The son has to be around 9) thank you to anyone who can help me!
