Chrissy | 387 comments Sara, I remember that one of the suggestions made a month or two ago for next year was to number the thread headings for the 2018 prompts so that it was easier to find the one you are looking for (and to sort the board). Is there a way to put those in after the fact, since you've already created the threads?

Sara I should be able to edit those thread titles. I will try to work on that soon. Thanks for the reminder :)

I just set up a spreadsheet for some friends and discovered that some of the numbers of your 2018 Challenge Prompts - Regular are out of order.

I typed the correct order in the front of the line:

#should be #currently is
11 21. A book with your favorite color in the title

12 22. A book with alliteration in the title

13 23. A book about time travel

14 24. A book with a weather element in the title

15 25. A book set at sea

16 26. A book with an animal in the title

17 27. A book set on a different planet

18 28. A book with song lyrics in the title

19 29. A book about or set on Halloween

20 30. A book with characters who are twins

21 11. A book with a female author who uses a male pseudonym

22 12. A book with an LGBTQ+ protagonist

23 13. A book that is also a stage play or musical

24 14. A book by an author of a different ethnicity than you

25 15. A book about feminism

26 16. A book about mental health

27 17. A book you borrowed or that was given to you as a gift

28 18. A book by two authors

29 19. A book about or involving a sport

30 20. A book by a local author

Let me know if you would like to see the document I set up if that would help you out.

Hi Jeanne,

Sorry it took me so long to respond to this. I finally had a chance to look into it. The list, as it appears on Popsugar's website, is in the order that I listed them. The list on Popsugar's printable page is in the order that you list.

The split seems to occur after the 10th prompt (death or grief). The list on the website is a single column. The printable switches the order at #10, goes to the top right, after #20 it switches back to the left and then at the end of the left column goes back to the right.

All that to say, both numbering orders are really correct thanks to Popsugar's bizzare numbering scheme. If a large number of members feel the need to switch the numbers then I can do that, but I think as long as everyone uses the same numbering system then it should be ok.

Thanks for catching the discrepency.
