The of month of spooky has ended and it’s time for another reading wrap up!

This month I read…

History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera- I read Adam’s debut novel, More Happy Than Not, about 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. This novel had much of the same feel emotionally as his first novel, and be warned both books are heart wrenching. I really did enjoy this book, and want to read Adam’s third novel as well. He writes beautifully and always includes a wonderfully diverse cast of characters.

The Underground Girls of Kabul by Jenny Nordberg- This was the Last Chapter Book Club book of the month. I really liked learning about bacha posh and more about women in Afghanistan. This was a very educational and eye opening read. Some parts were a little dull, but overall it was an enjoyable read.

The Grim Grotto by Lemony Snicket- Seriously still just loving this re-read!! I think this one is one of my favorites of the series.

What did you read this month? Be sure to share down below!

Happy Reading!
