Yes, just copy/paste - and I do 3 at a time and then edit them out on the edit page, which I find is an easy approach. After entering them all on the first edition, I check to make sure they link to what I think is the right author - just in case an author is a 2-space author or something. That's why I edited a couple in #30, adding initials. And that doesn't take long, is worthwhile doing so that there is no tripping up on subsequent editions.

I fixed the title; I believe it is customary to put both titles with " / " in between, if there is no umbrella title.
Since it is typical for the editor to write an introduction or foreword, I simply put "editor."

And of course after entering all the names on the second copy I realized that it is probably a duplicate...no publisher or ISBN...

In case his name should come up again, Charles Grant the horror author should be entered as Charles L. Grant (under which he also published), to disambiguate from the historian Charles Grant (and it seems like there might be others under that as well.)
