Jordyn Desrosiers For the past couple weeks I have been reading the book Miracles from Heaven. This book is about a little girl who was diagnosed with pseudo-obstruction motility disorder and antral hypomotility disorder. That little girls name is Annabel. Annabel had to go to the hospital constantly in order to live a semi normal life. Annabel never liked to be thought of as the sister with a health problem so whenever her sisters wanted to play she would always go out and do what they were doing. Then that night she had an accident, but who knew this accident would change her life for the better. Anna inspired many people after this accident and she has touched the hearts of many. Anna has also touched my heart and she has helped people find God in every situation. She helped people realize God’s prescience and grace even when it doesn’t appear to be there. She helped with this because her parents would pray for her to get better, but it seemed that God wasn’t answer. Little did they know their prayers would be answered in a way they would have never thought possible.
I would recommend this book to everyone because this story has touched my heart and I hope it can touch the hearts of many others. I would give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars.

Sandi McHenry I read this book and found it compelling. It touches your heart on so many levels. It makes you care about the child, her family, and all children like her who suffer. It is also dramatic, amazing and awe inspiring. It is a must read and a wonderful read to boost your sense of hope and faith.

Serena Prieto Being born with cerebral palsy, I didn’t really used to know how to feel when discussing the subject of supernatural healing. It would sometimes cross my mind that I wasn’t healed, so healing didn’t “work”. That is, until my point of view changed in the summer of 2012 after God used me to play a part in a friend’s healing while at summer camp.

After breakfast each day, we campers were free to scatter ourselves within a defined area near the cabins so we could socialize with each other somewhat privately while remaining visible to the watchful eyes of our counselors inside. One day, I drove my power wheelchair to a quiet spot in the legal area and opened my diary to review the entries from recent days. Each page of my diary has a Bible verse preprinted in its margin. I looked up from reading my journal to see a girl about three years older than me-but in the same cabin- pushing her manual wheelchair toward me from a few feet away. She introduced herself as Sarah. “I couldn’t help noticing the Bible verses in your diary. Are you a Christian?” she asked me. I answered yes, and Sarah began to tell me her story. She’d found and accepted Christ only a month before, but her parents, who were non-believers, had not been very supportive of her decision. “I felt so alone until I noticed you,” she told me. That evening, as the girls in our cabin sat and talked in our wheelchairs before going into bed, Sarah pulled me away from the others. She led me into the cabin’s back room, where she told me she had leg pain and severe muscle spasms and asked me to join with her in prayer. I taught her Isaiah 53:5 and helped her declare the verse over her body. At breakfast the next morning, Sarah thanked me for praying and told me the pain had gone. Since that day, her spasms have decreased by 96% and she can now walk short distances!

Like Christy Beam, I now have real and personal proof that healing can happen. Even though I wasn’t the person healed, praying over Sarah and reading Annabel’s story have definitely strengthened my faith.
As of this writing, I still have cerebral palsy, but I know God is my Healer!
