We say copies all gone when we have hit the maximum number of sign ups. It doesn't necessarily mean that the copies have been sent out yet.

I believe we should get an email with the link to NetGalley when it's ready there, which takes longer than getting an email with the book attached directly from the author.

Hey ladies, I got the e-mail with the link. I thought I had a NetGalley acct. turns out I was wrong. Signed up. Was told to confirm acct through email. That was probably 4 hrs ago & still no email confirmation. Checked junk. Thought maybe it didn't take so tried signing up again but it said my user name already exists. Does it normally take awhile?

It showed up right away for me. I had more problems getting Kindle configured for Netgalley....have to have your kindle email address in your Negalley profile and netgalley's address added to the Amazon managing your device area, then have to download the document from the cloud. Whew!
