Of these four I've read Illuminae, and it was SO good! Highly recommend it!
I personally like/love all of them! Crown of Midnight is my favorite in the series (so far), and OMG Illuminae!! :D
I don't know Illuminae🤔 but I would recommend you to read The red queen definitely, it's sooo good👌
Illuminae. I've read it several times and it never fails to disappoint. It seems chunky but you can honestly fly through it because of the format.

Haven't read the other ones, but red Queen is really good. If you like a heartbreaking plot twist/ending.
Illuminae. The rest is regular meh-to-ugh YA.

Insurgent or Red Queen. I didn't like Illuminae very much.
If those are your choices, I'd go with Illuminae. I will warn you, the format will irritate you for about the first 50 pages and you will wonder what the heck is going on and why you decided to read this book, but once things start happening, you will get sucked in big time, and the last 100 pages are craz-eeeee! Couldn't put it down.(I hated Red Queen. Derivative and wishy-washy.)
My brother's reading Red Queen right now, and he says it's pretty good. I really want to get to it too. ;)
