I have been reading Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. It is about a story of a black family whose warm ties to each and their land give them the strength to defy racism during the depression. In this novel, the events and the settings were powerful and interesting.
It has showed the rich inner rewards of love and independence.

In my opinion, I definitely recommend this book to everyone. I recommend this book because it's very important to know what other people are going through and especially racism and segregation.
